A truly disappointing experience.
Despite prior registration and arrangements, we were asked to leave the facility because the owner apparently didn't find our tee shots on the driving range satisfactory – even though we were the only ones there. Beginners and young people, in particular, should be supported in golf and not treated this way.
The interaction was unfortunately very unfriendly, self-righteous, and completely lacking in understanding. This leaves a truly bitter impression and, in my opinion, doesn't reflect what golf should actually represent.
It's especially disappointing because I really liked the facility before. After this experience, I unfortunately can no longer recommend it.
One star is actually too much.

Pure relaxation: A beautifully maintained 9-hole golf course with tranquility, natural beauty, and sophisticated refinement. A truly diverse and stunningly beautiful tree landscape, practically a small landscaped park, perfect in hot summers. Even though the Franconian dryness prevails here, as everywhere else, the tree landscape has a cooling effect. With the constant, excellent fresh air on the high plateau.
Very family-friendly. The owners, a married couple, live for the club and are always friendly, helpful, and service-oriented; the catering staff is also happy to answer any questions. Everyone takes great care of the course and the facilities; it's fantastic. The buildings are also always in top condition and well-maintained.
The holes are quite tricky and offer their challenges. (It would be nice if one of the par-3s were shorter, so it could be reached in regulation.) The practice facilities are completely adequate, and the price-performance ratio is very fair.
The Italian cuisine is very diverse and always excellent. Seating is wonderful both inside and, above all, outside, with a direct view of the putting green. The parking lot is huge, with plenty of shady spots, perfect for RV guests.
[Note: It's even quieter, as dogs aren't allowed on the course. A good decision. Like many who love dogs, we're happy when, for once, there aren't any around. Too many animals don't have enough golf patience, which ultimately just causes stress. Especially since the owners quickly develop an irreversibly loose understanding.]
