Nice flat 18 hole course with wide fairways. Top condition, very nice reception.
Great green fee campaign days, for example you pay only 47 per person on Sunday!
Uncomplicated when booking tee times, also possible spontaneously - the very friendly lady at the reception quickly checked in and after less than 10 minutes we were on the tee - without stress, everything was super relaxed.
The golf course is wonderfully embedded in nature and offers exciting challenges because water comes into play again and again.
The view of the surrounding mountains is sensational, the place very quiet (no car noise or the like).
Our highlight was lane 18 - a par 3 island green right in front of the clubhouse.
We felt very comfortable in this place and enjoyed the great atmosphere. Unfortunately we didn't have time to test the gastronomy.

We are now coming to Mittersill again.
There are really nice golf courses nearby, so you can play different courses during your vacation.
Our absolute favorite place is Mittersill - we play at least twice every year during our stay here, as we did last week.
The course condition is excellent - both the fairways and the greens. Even if there has been some rain before, the course can be played well. We particularly like the stream that runs almost the whole round - due to the many water hazards, a ball fishing is an advantage :)
In the secretariat we are always given a very friendly welcome - here we always make an effort and do not feel like "any customer" but as a welcome guest! That is one of the reasons why we love to come back!
The restaurant has a great terrace with a view of the 9er green. The service is also ok, we cannot rate food as we usually only have a drink at the end.
All in all we can recommend the place 100% to everyone. And we'll be back next year!

This plays the entire round completely including a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. I would rather describe the layout as simple, the landing zones are very wide. The course is still interesting because water hazards have always been integrated. The condition was very good (despite a lot of rain in the previous days), a few bald spots on the fairways did not spoil the fun, the tees and greens were in very good condition at all times.
Therefore, nothing stands in the way of a leisurely vacation in beautiful surroundings...
... if there weren't 2 things in the clubhouse that really bothered me.
Firstly, we were welcomed by a very badly dressed lady in the secretariat who answered my question about a birdie book in a very harsh tone that there is no such one here. I've never been greeted so unfriendly in a golf club.
Secondly, we wanted to eat something after the round in the cozy clubhouse, but apparently a bigger tournament was going on after us. The staff seemed overwhelmed and made us understand that because of the tournament they actually had no time for us and that eating was practically impossible.
Because of this, our visit to the club leaves a somewhat bland aftertaste.
In summary: We like to come back because of the golf course, but rather not because of the surroundings.

The training facility is very well maintained and clear.
The place showed itself from a good side despite a lot of rain before. The fairways were mostly very good (neither hard nor wet, bald patches or moss, etc.), I also liked the greens (true to track, decent pace, but relatively hard). The bunkers stood out - beautiful sand, not too deep, fair.
Overall, the terrain is relatively flat.
