We (HCP 2.4.5 + 17.18.28 game handicap) played the course in September with the best weather. The condition was quite good only the greens were slotted. There was a 25% discount for this. The normal GF of 90€ is excessive compared to others in the area. You can play it with a 50% voucher. The course is relatively easy, a little more difficult for the women with the water. But what really annoyed us was the street noise.
The last lanes run parallel to it, are boring and we were glad it was over.
It was also the first club where there were no towels and soap in the shower... and that as a hotel.

We (HCP 15.8 and 29.5) spent a golf week in Salzburg in September 2021, with the Brandlhof (very appealing hotel with all the finesse!) In Saalfelden being our starting point and we played the courses in Brandlhof, Urslautal and Zell am See / Kitzsteinhorn several times to have. In our opinion an ideal golf area, you have a seat in front of the door, Urslautal is 10 minutes away, Zell about 15 minutes. With the Golf-Alpin Card the green fees are cheap, Urslautal is even in the Fairway2Hotel.
Here is the rating for the Brandlhof golf course: Overall: The sporty one. You shouldn't be afraid of water: you cross the Saalach at least 6 times (and it gets wider when you stand in front of it ...) with more or less demanding strokes, otherwise the course is also quite spectacular, as the tracks are sometimes quite narrow. Flawless course maintenance, good greens, excellently well-kept bunkers, overall the course is soft, which is due to the subsurface, so there is little roll, which is not tragic, as the lanes are not over the fee. The towering mountains on the sides are spectacular, less the (noisy) federal road that accompanies most railways noisily. Compared to the other courses mentioned, it is certainly the most sporty and the most challenging from a golfing perspective, but it is also the most fun. If you are in the area, you should definitely play - but not in rainy weather, as the course becomes deep. Secretariat, gastronomy exercise possibilities - everything very attractive.

We played my last round in June 2020 in a very bad weather period (it also rained for several days before our round), but the condition of the tea boxes, fairways and greens was very good (as usual).
All 18 holes are accompanied by a beautiful mountain panorama, but the course itself is completely flat and can be played without an incline.
I found the "street noise" often mentioned below as not so dramatic, the space is isolated from the street by tall trees and at best it can be described as background noise, nothing that would have disturbed me.
Regarding the layout, it should be said that the river Saalach was always excitingly integrated into the game on the first 9 holes (this must be crossed several times). The first 9 holes are generally more interesting to play, from hole 12 the holes become a little more monotonous.
