Dear Sir,
I am writing to you to be aware that I am trying to get Golf El Puerto to return my annual membership I paid in full... after 4 days of being a member!!!
After being treated so badly during my subscription, The last straw came when they made every effort to stop me from playing in the first club competition. After asking during my first week there that I really wanted to play in the upcoming competition and asking every day up to the competition. Finally they just gave me the tee of time for the competition 4pm. It turns out it was a Mass start at 9am.
I have played many tournaments in many countries all over the world but have never been treated like this.
I consequently and very politely asked for my money back. They refused. No explanation. No response. After many letters I finally had to contract a lawyer to act on my behalf. Still no joy.
The fight continues to get my money back
My advice go to Costa Ballena and ask for Jesus.
