A spectacular course with great views but can only be enjoyed if one keeps the ball in play at narrow holes. A spoon or long iron from tee is recommended, especially in windy conditions.

We played the course in September 2023 as part of our trip to Provence. Fregate is the best course we have played. The holes are very varied and exciting, some with a very nice view of the sea. The condition of the greens is good and the greens are not easy to play. The T-shots from the white tees are not without problems and the shots have to be right. The fairways are in good condition.
