Superb golf course

I have played here about twenty-odd times while visiting Arcachon over the last four years. Have to say I never tire of the layout, the environs, and the challenge it provides. The course has always been in good nick in June of each year. The fairways are tight and the greens are receptive (some very) and they run true. But its the layout that is the essence of this course. The front 9 has lots of elevation changes and the back 9 is mostly flat with water coming into play. The last two holes are back uphill to the clubhouse. There are some great golf holes on this course.
Overall, the service is brilliant. They have everything for hire that you might need. And then the restaurant in the club house is a destination in its own right, for golfers and non golfers alike. This is a 5 star golf destination.

Great Place

I played the course for the first time today. Pre-registration by phone and email was very difficult; it only felt like the 20th call was successful. Once the booking was made, everything went according to plan. Well, we came with our Morelo with a trailer - it wasn't a good idea - few parking spaces, ok! Then we found a gap. But then we went onto the pitch! Due to construction work, Tee 1 was shortened to approx. 120 m instead of over 300 m. The rest were all playable correctly.
Playable, yes, but very demanding. The first 9 were still somewhat ok! Although all holes require very concentrated play due to the narrow ferways.
But the second nine really had it all. Very lossy “nine”. Well, it was really fun and took a lot of sweat. But gladly again! I think the price of €65 is a bit excessive!

Beautiful golf course in a wooded environment

Played on 10.07.2017 On my registration I was greeted friendly and the staff were very helpful. Special requests, like a start time for me alone, were taken into account, despite a great deal.
If you do not know the place, it is difficult to play. Unfortunately, there are only signs on the ground with the length details, larger plates with the course of the individual courses, there was not. A Birdiebook is very helpful here.
Varied courses with some challenges. For example, the track 2 runs into a deep valley, which requires precise striking.
Top facility with well maintained fairways and greens. Short distances between teas make golfing pleasant.
Great view from the green of train 18 to the Bay of Arcachon.
At 16.00 I wanted finally after 18 holes some food and then it was, the kitchen is closed. Pity!

Just have fun

Also good for higher handicappers to play! Beautiful environment, varied paths, very well maintained greens and fairways (July 2017). In the late afternoon not too crowded! Enjoy without stress!

Premium Anlanger

The Green Fairy has about 60 € and the cost Cart € 30. The site offers unique and beautiful downhill and -on-reductions. The greens are well maintained and the fairway offer enough space for one or the other slice. The dog-legs provide a super discounts and post-stroke ratio. Always gladly again.

It's Fun!

The place holds what it promises. Varied, short distances to the next tee, sporty or comfortable walking can be mastered well with Cart.

A fantastic place to challenge

The place in Arcachon runs through a wonderful forest area in southern France. Lane 2 is already a first challenge by just as one should refuse in a narrow valley. The tracks run very varied and some elevated greens require good concentration and accuracy. Holes 17 and 18 require additionally a good condition.
The reward then awaits the golfer at hole 19 An affordable excellent restaurant with a fantastic sea view.
I find greenfee measured with other French courses moderate.
