Fantastic golf course

We went there in September 2023. Beautiful weather and the course was in a good condition. Outside the fairway it’s start to het difficult but thats what we licked. Some greens had some mold but the greens was very fast. If you are in the area the this is a course to go to. Views are very beautiful from the cours and the clubhouse.

Played in Septmeber 2017.
Nice layout and amazing views from many holes.
Played in the days before in other courses near by like Argentario (Was very dry) and really enjoyed playing in Punta Ala.
I love the hole 7.
Many greens have new grass called Paspalum, looked great!

I have played Punta Ala many times in the last few years and it was in poor condition. Fairway were not mowed and the greens in bad shape.
I played few days ago at the beginnig of May and i found it very well mowed, good tees and nice greens.
I have heard from the caddy master that starting from June they will place a new grass, first course in Italy. I will be back soon to test it!

We were there just before the season so course just starting to flourish. Some terrific holes after one has negotiated he first couple. A drivers course, greens in very good condition, and excellent course design. Would definitely go back.

Finally a golf course that deserves this name. The driving range is a few meters away from the clubhouse and you fry the balls on a dry slope. However, it serves its purpose. Today it was really warm, which, after the warm-up, led us to the terrace with a wonderful view over the pine trees to the sea and the first beer was already flowing. We then went to tee 1 full of joy. We enjoyed the very well-maintained course, which also went up and down between old, overgrown pine trees. What a difference sixty years can make.
The course is challenging and varied with a good layout, except for the challenging bunkers. But an old saying goes: if you're a bad bunker player, don't play in them.

1. the ancient design with wooden fences, paved paths, large bridges over the gorges 5***!
2. Layout cleverly runs through cork oaks, pines and holm oaks!
The afternoon round was a dream! 5***
3. The care was very good, the greens could have been a little faster, but we complain at a very high level!

We played this course at the end of March 2022 and were pleasantly surprised. Beautifully landscaped, well-kept facility. The bunkers have just been filled with new sand, very good sand.
