Characteristics
The undulating terrain, the creeks and the old castle are characteristic for this course. On the tournament-course the 5th hole is indeed the shortest, but also the most beautiful hole. The tee-off is situated very highly, to the right of the greens is a lake and in front of the green a fairway crosses a canal, which protects it from the left. The second course has similar characterstics as the tournament-course and is suited for players of all handicaps.

Played the executive 9 which was in good condition but slow greens. I suspect the championship course would have been a good test. The clubhouse was very strange - concrete blockhouse with a proshop similar to a kiosk at a railway station, and eerily quiet. Not located in nicest location.

Everything about the golf course is still perfect. The plaster on the buildings is literally crumbling! And I won't even mention the surrounding residential complexes. The lighting and signage are catastrophic; everything points towards ruin.
The course was immaculately maintained! The design, bunkers, and greens were top-notch! For us, it's a 5-star course, and as is typical in Europe, a Ryder Cup course comes at a price! With Golfamore, you can play the 2023 Ryder Cup course with a 50% discount!

Greens fast but average condition, lots of holes, lots of wet spots on the fairway, restaurant closed at 3.30pm. Only sausage rolls were available. Price is much too high, 240 euros, lives off the Ryder Cup.
There are better places for the price.
Oh, and cancellation is only possible 7 days in advance. I wanted to cancel because of illness, but that didn't work. I played anyway.
