Characteristics
The scenic, slightly undulating course is surrounded by a forest and features a population of partly old trees. Several points offer a beautiful view of the Tambach palace. A stream crossing through the course and connected to six ponds, influences the course of the game.

Great golf course, very well maintained

Today we played the GC Coburg golf course. The system was in excellent condition. Fairways and greens were in exceptionally good condition. A really nice golf course. Very nicely integrated into nature, sporty and demanding, but still very fair. The vegetation is very appealing and you get varied and interesting tracks. The reception at the secretariat was very nice and helpful. We had booked a cart, which was in very good condition, absolutely clean and well-kept. The beer on the club terrace after the round also tasted good and the view of the green of the 9th could be enjoyed on this wonderful day.
If you want to play golf in Upper Franconia and are looking for a really great course, you can't avoid GC Coburg.
We will be happy to play the course again at the next opportunity.

The place is quiet and secluded, but still near Coburg. Offers along with a visit to the Veste.
Nice clubhouse, attractive exercise facilities and friendly staff.
The lanes 1-9 are wide and spacious, invite you to a powerful game. 10-18 are narrower and hilly.
It was very dry days, so many bare spots, especially after the tees.
Have seen better Faiways. Greens OK.
