Welcoming was good, birdie book and logo ball received. Green fee with Schleswig-Holstein Card €39 (otherwise €65).
Practice facilities spacious and in very good condition.
Tees, fairways and bunkers in great condition. I especially want to praise the greens, first class! Signage on the square available and target-oriented.
The first tracks rather flat but by no means boring. From the 6 it goes up and down, so often no landing zone is visible. If you are playing here for the first time, you should take a close look at the signage/birdie book.
Par 72, two par 5s over 500m (537m/549m), longest par 3 190m. Almost all greens are guarded by bunkers or water. Partly increased haircuts with a great view of the track.

In terms of challenge, the course is the highlight (of the courses we have played) on the Ostseecard. We took the recommendation from previous reviews and advice from fellow golfers seriously and rented a kart. The €30 was a good investment, as the terrain is only hilly from lane 6 onwards. The tracks are beautifully laid out and very well maintained. The greens are moderately fast and undulating for the most part. Which led to some misplaced putts, but that was certainly more my fault than the greens.
The course, which is very scenic, offers a lot for the eye and, in a new round, the choice of clubs would certainly be different. For beginners, some tracks seem difficult to do or with many shots above your own handicap.
The audience was very mixed, but everyone was very friendly. Many guests testify to many recommendations, which we also give.
THE COURSE SHOULD DEFINITELY BE PLAYED IF WE FEEL IT!
Two beginners started in front of us and we were allowed to play through on the third lane, which we found very positive. That's how it should always be, so kudos to the two strangers!
The overall appearance of the facility is great and we would love to come back.
The reception in the secretariat could do with a little more emotion, although it wasn't unfriendly, but rather "cool". Or maybe it was just a bad day. ;-)
The gastro was very nice to look at and the price was great, there was a selection of cakes and the waitresses were friendly. The cake was ok, the coffee good. Many players took coffee and cake, so we can't comment on the hot meal.
There are also some highlight holes on this course, where I can't see where I'm hitting, then look for the ball (and usually find it), then it's partly on elevated greens. Great views and not easy despite relatively short tracks. Water and bunkers are always there to protect the greens and the bunkers could certainly be worked on to make the sand softer and more comfortable to play, so it's more of a waste area in some areas.
