Attention Nile Geese!!!

Well-groomed fairways and perfect greens that stay on course. But unfortunately today 30 - 40 Egyptian geese on the square. You can hardly avoid the feces, so rackets, shoes and trolleys looked like that!!! Unfortunately, Egyptian geese are not only a big problem on the golf courses.
It's no longer fun in Bensheim like that. The club is challenged!

Despite the prolonged drought, the course is in good condition, especially the greens. Long lanes, lots of bunkers and water hazards require precise play. No waiting times although no start times are given, the staff was extremely friendly. Only the noise of the nearby motorway bothers something. We would love to come back.

We played a 9 hole round on this course in May 2019. ATTENTION! The green fee voucher from the Albrecht Golf Guide is only accepted for 18 holes. We were greeted as green fee guests friendly.
The complex is located between city, highway and recreational area. In places, cycling and hiking trails are traversed, on which people seeking relaxation with bicycles, dog, horse and on foot. The flat space is well fitted into the landscape and has a lot of trees. Overall, the complex is well maintained.
The fairways are wide, flat and very fair to play.
Was a nice pastime and stopover, but I would not target the place again to play here.
