Was here a few years ago when the place was very young. A lot has happened here in the meantime! The course is located with the signature hole directly on the Schlei and with three holes at the well-known boarding school Louisenlund. Somehow you feel beamed to Sweden for the whole lap. The condition was a la bonheur - great greens and a very chic beach grass that accompanies the tracks. This is how I imagine my holiday round in the north. We'll be back next year - thanks to the Vikings ;-)

I played the 18 holes on March 29th, 2021. The condition of the place was absolutely fine considering that it is only at the end of March! Fairways are still a bit soft, every now and then you have "plug-in shots" and the balls don't roll far, but basically the place is always worth a round. We had almost stormy conditions: Drives were between 150m and 220m, depending on whether you played with or against the wind. But perfectly ok here! When the weather is nice and the sun is shining, the course is definitely great to play! Relatively wide fairways, you have to "scatter" a lot to lose balls. All in all very satisfied! In any case, you should do a lap when you are in the area! Rating: "Recommended"

I played the course on 09/17/20. The anticipation was great, but it subsided very quickly. The design is very promising but I found the maintenance condition rather bad. The fairways were ok, the greens undulating very quickly and well, but absolutely not on track, as they weren't rolled. The semi rough was way too high and completely interspersed with clover. If a slightly warped ball was not found in it, it was almost futile to play it out well. It's a shame, the design is very exciting, but there was little joy. Recommended by friends from a holiday in the North Sea to the Schlei, but the Schlei can only be seen from 2 holes!
