Characteristics
This golf course is nestling idyllically at the foot of Konradsheim Castle, one of the oldest water castles in North Rhine Westphalia, in the level meadowland of the Zülpicher Börde. The greens are laid out in an artful, spacious manner and integrated into the undulating landscape. Idyllic streams and ponds with a surface of roughly 36,000 sq yds as well as a scattered arrangement of plants and the population of old trees provide the course with its special charm.

Abwechslungsreiche Herausforderung March 19, 2012
Der Platz vor den Toren Kölns rund um die Burg Konradsheim ist zwei geteilt. Die ersten Neun haben eher Parklandcharakter, während die zweiten Neun offener sind. Die Bahnen sind abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Es kommt viel Wasser ins Spiel. Zum Abschlag 10 muss man durch einen Tunnel unter einer Staße durch etwas laufen, da der Platz aber grundsätzlich flach ist, ist das kein Problem. Der Platz ist meistens in einem sehr guten Pflegezustand. Die Atmosphäre ist locker. Leider ist es oft sehr voll, vor allem am Wochenende. Das Greenfee ist angemessen und mit der Leading-Green-Fee-Card gibt es auch noch 25% Rabatt. Es gibt noch einen 3-Loch-Kurzplatz und eine große Driving-Range zum üben.
