Characteristics
Situated very beautifully at the foot of the Bavarian Forest, the course offers the players a magnificent view on the Bogenberg with its famous pilgrimage church. It is suitable for golfers of all handicaps and is playable all the year. The greens are large above average, fast and lightly modelled. Thus, they guarantee ideal conditions for putting. An irrigation systems makes sure that the course doesn't dry out during the summer.

Great day at the golf course in the Gäuboden region

I had a wonderful day today. It started with the very friendly welcome and assistance I received at the office. I had booked myself into a flight of members, and the flights in front of and behind us were also full of very nice members who gave a stranger a very warm welcome!
The course itself is in top condition! Perfect tee boxes, impeccably maintained fairways, and fast greens. The course is varied, with plenty of water and tactical options!
A thoroughly successful day at a perfect facility!

At the beginning of August, the condition was convincing despite the persistent drought, the layout, especially on the first nine (great look when you stand on the first tee and look down the track), was quite appealing with very good, above-average fast greens - which, by the way, are also on the Present 6-hole short course in top form. The reception was very friendly, I felt comfortable on the flat, easy to walk round and had fun. The back nine are not overly difficult, fairways remain wide, at the 17 you should take a courageous shortcut on the right side... that helps, but it's not so obvious from the tee - I'll do that next time...
