Back again

I have returned to this course now for four years consecutively with four friends.
It is a great course with every type of obstacle, blind shots hooks around cliff edges and a canyon but all great fun. All the guys do not play regularly but really enjoy the day.
Often it is the start of the banter when getting on the plane,
My advice, hire a cart, take plenty of balls and just enjoy a great day,

Stunning location

July 8,2013 A course with fabulous views. Every fairway offers some suprise if you play the course for the first time. You need to have good straight shots if you want to score well. Perfect course for those who are good iron players. We played on July and used a buggy car which was a good decision. As a whole, Las Ramblas is a course worth a visit.

Nice and challenging golf course

We went to Las Ramblas 2 years in a row (jan. 2011 and jan. 2012) as we loved this golf course the first time.

Las ramblas is a very challenging golf course with 18 holes bringing each a new challenge. The course is well integrated in an accidented valley with cliffs, blind holes and other interesting difficulties. High handicap will have a (very) tough time.

The course is well maintained and is an absolute pleasure to play. Lot of hills, cart may be recommanded for mon-hikers.

For me one of the most extraordinary places ever

We played 4 courses in Costa Blanca in one week and this one is definitely the one I remember best. I can imagine that he meets with a mixed echo, because it is narrow, there are many trees in the way, valleys and ditches open up again and again, shots to the right or left are often synonymous with losing a shot or the ball. But you are always rewarded if you manage to overcome the obstacle, place the ball correctly and finish a hole with a par or bogey (medium handicap scale). In addition, many different clubs are used, since you don't need the driver or the 3-wood everywhere to get even close to your goal.

While the course itself would get 6 stars from me, there are a few shortcomings. The condition of the tees (freshly sown) and the greens (some very nice, others not so good) was below average. The driving range and the putting green (was closed), as well as the mini-pitching area, neither invite you to practice, nor can you really get used to it. It also got really dangerous at the end of the 16 and tee of the 17 when the flight in front of and behind us, just like the balls just flew around our ears a few times. But all of that is balanced out for me by the rest of the layout and for a manageable EUR 39 in the afternoon offer, it's almost a bargain.

...the hardest...

...course built by José - called Pepe - Cancedo. We've already played several of his drawings, La Finca and those in the Canary Islands.

We think this is the best and most difficult course he built, it is now listed in the top 100 Spain list - in the middle - we believe rightly.

The information available to us prior to our 2007 visit was divided. Some praised this system beyond the clover, others panned it.

We've played two rounds here and we've lost our teeth... everyone dumped several balls.

We left the field with a similar feeling... it was a topic of conversation for a long time.

After today's round, we are of the opinion that it is the most difficult course on the entire east coast - again everyone had to dig into their pockets...

The route, the terrain with its troughs and hills, the gorges - rocky and deep - the trees along the hoyos make them very narrow in places and right in the middle, and last but not least the greens with some quite small areas, make for difficult tasks.
The right choice of weapon from the tee is crucial, tactics are a must, no, you are literally forced to do so. Target golf would be mandatory, but even a good drive - a solid carry is required - does not guarantee that the position of the ball is promising for the shot into the green...
All this is not enough, the greens also have it all, sometimes very narrow but with great depth, or small dimensions, undulating and difficult to read. They served a lot of three putts...

It was a very difficult task to realize this course in this difficult terrain, we think Pepe did it very well in a touch of madness. The result is outstanding in our class... but brutally heavy...
He's one of those representatives from Courses who show us what can make golf so difficult.

The entire facility is very well maintained, although some parts are dry and hard, but still playable.

The course can be a nightmare for the offensive as well as for the defensive player!

Pack enough balls in the bag and on top of that a lot of humility, then you can enjoy the round. You can walk it well, but it is strenuous but doable.

Layout and playful challenge clear five stars, maintenance not quite.

Not all have given five stars, it's just enough.

Probably the toughest course in zone

For the medium and high hcps this is a tough challenge, the n. 5 hole par 5 is an example of a hole with a blind uphill fairway two canyons to fly one on the second and then one on the approach to the green, obviously for average golfers, who are the vast majority anyway.
Having said that, the course is certainly in good condition, excellent greens, and all the facilities.
Last consideration, it deserves almost more for the beautiful photos of views and views than for the pure game of golf, green fees on average.

Ultimate challenge

Played on 30.9.2019. The complex is located near the town of Orihuela Costa on the Costa Blanca in the same name more or less completed Las Ramblas residential resort. First of all, the course is a real challenge. For men even of the blue teas (urgent recommendation for higher HC) not easy to play. Mainly because there are various discounts on corresponding ravines and biotopes, which sometimes demand the appropriate length and above all precision. And that right from the first tee! Otherwise, there are also tight fairways and slopes, and blind blows. An appropriate ball pool should be there. But there is the possibility to buy balls on the round. The condition was good, especially the greens. The tees were almost all sent. From the previous storm in the region barely any traces, also the bunkers were almost all in order. Otherwise, the game operation is extremely high despite the challenges. It is started every 9 minutes and usually in Viererflight at 8 o'clock in the morning. In the afternoon it is a bit quieter, but we also needed despite starting time at 15 o'clock over 4 hours with a lot of waiting time. In ProShop you are served rather busy, the friendlier was the starter. If you are reasonably good on foot, you can do without a cart despite some height differences. We have booked a start time online and have paid for two people with GPS cart but without water adequate 124 € (including 3 € daily fee for guests of the resort). There is also a sundowner fare! We ate something in the evening in the clubhouse restaurant. The food and service was good, and most of all there was something to eat after 7pm! Oh yes, a bit annoying on our round were the variety of flies. If you love the challenge and do not fry, then a round here is definitely recommended.

Beautiful, challenging course

We played 2x the course last week. Very varied and challenging tracks. Overall, the place was in very good condition. More than modest, however, is the driving range. Too narrow boxes separated only by transportable, waist-high gate. As you get scared, when the neighbor comes out with the driver. Abschlagmatten usually without possibility aufzuteen the ball. The crowning glory are the range balls. A collection of different, partially totally discolored cucumber balls. Just embarrassing!

Not worth a lap

Played on 3.3.19 Only greens in good condition.
Place unplayable, as all lanes have blind strokes, except par 3.
Only playable with members and if you leave the woods at home.
Even good punches that land in the middle fairway, often roll out.

Very tight

We played an 18 hole round in July 2018.
The place is very hilly. The layout is varied. Fairways will look more closely through pine trees than these at first glance. Even playing is asked.
Quality (1 Excellent, 2 Good, 3 Satisfying, 4 Well, 5 Too bad about time and money):
Deductions 2
Fairways 2
Greens 2
Conclusion: Great place.
Showers and club house were clean and well sorted.
Cart - absolutely recommended.

My favorite in the area!

A great, park-like facility, in addition to mature trees and challenging canyons offers an interesting character.

I play this course always happy. Along with Las Colinas Las Ramblas is one of my MUST-golf courses on the Costa Blanca.

Mini Golf with gang

Close it never goes hilly and probably not more - Buggy strongly recommended. Of course the many trees providing shade. As a hitter you have to have already explored the place with Birdybook - otherwise you find windfall, but only with luck the ball Scenic own the place is certainly a highlight with great views and a good maintenance condition..

If you like narrow lanes is right here

It certainly was not an ideal day to play at 34 degrees, but the experience has made up for the drudgery. Präzieses game and the drivers often remained in the bag. In the while I was walking with a trolley. The constant up and down have dragged to the forces. Gladly again and who prefers wide fairways that comes not here at his expense

Paradise Canyon

Very nice club house with great food. The fairways are very narrow. For players just not a problem. Partially blind attacking the green is not anyone thing. Very well maintained and well in excess of the court. Has no money problems as some other places in the area.

Sophisticated

I played the course in November and it was by far the most difficult place in the area! The first time, only a few will play their handicap. The greens are often not visible and also various height differences make the game extremely challenging! Conditioning and clubhouse are in excellent condition.

Great but not easy

I have played the course with my wife and son during our vacation in July 2012. The fact to have no birdie book, the flags are often hard to see some of the fairway makes the game just at a higher handicap difficult and takes some balls. Nevertheless, it is a real challenge and it makes a lot of fun, the magnificent landscape with canyons and valleys and the atmosphere make the game for the unique experience.
At the general care status could do something, such as the renewal of the information panels (from beautifully designed tiles). A great place, friendly service, affordable green fee offers in summer.

Great place - totally renovated, great new restaurant.

The golf course was renovated beautifully in the last two years and embellished. In addition, a new clubhouse was built with pro shop and first class restaurant. It is a pleasure to play, however this is not very simple place and then refresh the club restaurant.
The kitchen and the wine list of the restaurant are very good, service OK, price / performance is really good. Can you recommend a good conscience.
