I have returned to this course now for four years consecutively with four friends.
It is a great course with every type of obstacle, blind shots hooks around cliff edges and a canyon but all great fun. All the guys do not play regularly but really enjoy the day.

July 8,2013 A course with fabulous views. Every fairway offers some suprise if you play the course for the first time. You need to have good straight shots if you want to score well. Perfect course for those who are good iron players. We played on July and used a buggy car which was a good decision. As a whole, Las Ramblas is a course worth a visit.

We went to Las Ramblas 2 years in a row (jan. 2011 and jan. 2012) as we loved this golf course the first time.
Las ramblas is a very challenging golf course with 18 holes bringing each a new challenge. The course is well integrated in an accidented valley with cliffs, blind holes and other interesting difficulties. High handicap will have a (very) tough time.
The course is well maintained and is an absolute pleasure to play. Lot of hills, cart may be recommanded for mon-hikers.

We played 4 courses in Costa Blanca in one week and this one is definitely the one I remember best. I can imagine that he meets with a mixed echo, because it is narrow, there are many trees in the way, valleys and ditches open up again and again, shots to the right or left are often synonymous with losing a shot or the ball. While the course itself would get 6 stars from me, there are a few shortcomings. The condition of the tees (freshly sown) and the greens (some very nice, others not so good) was below average. The driving range and the putting green (was closed), as well as the mini-pitching area, neither invite you to practice, nor can you really get used to it. It also got really dangerous at the end of the 16 and tee of the 17 when the flight in front of and behind us, just like the balls just flew around our ears a few times. The route, the terrain with its troughs and hills, the gorges - rocky and deep - the trees along the hoyos make them very narrow in places and right in the middle, and last but not least the greens with some quite small areas, make for difficult tasks.
The right choice of weapon from the tee is crucial, tactics are a must, no, you are literally forced to do so. Target golf would be mandatory, but even a good drive - a solid carry is required - does not guarantee that the position of the ball is promising for the shot into the green...
All this is not enough, the greens also have it all, sometimes very narrow but with great depth, or small dimensions, undulating and difficult to read. They served a lot of three putts...
It was a very difficult task to realize this course in this difficult terrain, we think Pepe did it very well in a touch of madness. The result is outstanding in our class... but brutally heavy...

In the afternoon it is a bit quieter, but we also needed despite starting time at 15 o'clock over 4 hours with a lot of waiting time. In ProShop you are served rather busy, the friendlier was the starter. If you are reasonably good on foot, you can do without a cart despite some height differences. We have booked a start time online and have paid for two people with GPS cart but without water adequate 124 € (including 3 € daily fee for guests of the resort). There is also a sundowner fare! We ate something in the evening in the clubhouse restaurant. The food and service was good, and most of all there was something to eat after 7pm!
