Characteristics
Designed by Marco croze this course of cherasco is one of the longest ones in Italy. It is situated on the bank of the river Tanaro in an area which is called Langhe. The climate here is rather wet, extraordinary and very exciting. A land of vineyards, where the small of truffles hangs in the air. The biggest difficulty of this course are the narrow fairways that call for a precise game.

Fine golfcourse

2019.06.05 Hole 2 was under reconstruction, but then we payed 40 instead of 50 euros for 18 holes. Nice fairways but the grass next to the fairways was high enough to hide our balls. The greens were wellkept and challenging but slow like the internet and the food in this area ;-). Only few people speak English.

Beautiful facility with varied and relatively long tracks, old trees and plenty of water. However, it does take some getting used to, as you sometimes have to walk back down the fairway you are playing to get to the tee.
At the end of the summer the fairways were somewhat stressed, the greens were good.
Little going on during the week.
Nice clubhouse.
Signage for the fairway only at the men's tee, which is a bit annoying for the ladies.
